Simply apply the oil in the affected area and go about your day-to-day life. The oil has a pleasant & natural Sesame fragrance.

Clean your feet and toes thoroughly & ensure they are dry before applying the oil.

Apply the oil well throughout the affected area.

Leave the oil on for at least 4 to 5 hours before washing off.
